Fundraiser to benefit CHAPS Equine Assisted Therapy

Supporting THREE equine assisted services centers all at once! Read below for the "how to."

You have all heard of the Triple Crown and now we have a Triple Classic! Support THREE equine assisted services centers all at once! CHAPS (Sheridan), Ark Equestrian Center (Laramie) and Reach 4A Star Riding Academy (Casper) have teamed up to bring you three days of entertainment and fun while working to raise funds for each center's programming.

Put money on your favorite horse and be put in a drawing for prizes! Because true betting on horse races is illegal here, we are doing a lottery style betting system. Everyone who puts money on a horse will go into that horse's "hat" with the chance of winning a prize. Funds raised will go to programming, scholarships and/or operations. People who place "bets" for all three days of racing will be put in a pool for a grand prize drawing for a Montana Silver belt buckle and Crown Royal lap quilt.

To place a "bet" click the donate button above. Then choose or type in your "bet" amount. In the Apply my donation to... drop down window, choose the horse you wish to put money on. Each horse has the day he/she will race next to their name.

We know it is an inconvenience, but you must do a separate transaction for each "bet" you place. We apologize, but are not in charge of how the platform is set up.

All races are pre-recorded and will be viewed online (YouTube), at local establishments and on social media. There will be FIVE races on May 22, FOUR races on May 29 and THREE races on June 5. Your support is crucial to keeping our programs serving our communities! People aged 4 up to their 80's benefit from our programs! So far this year, 171 youth, 57 adults, 11 seniors and 13 veterans have been served by these three centers.
